Printer is working but user failing to print Print

There are certain cases when the user is failing to print and yet the printer is working. The following steps can be followed to solve the issue:

1. Go to your Start menu and click on Services

2. Locate Print Spooler.

3. Click on Restart

4. Close the window. G back to Start menu click on Devices and Printers

5. Refresh and check the status of the printer

6. If the printer has any problem try to follow through the wizard. Right click on the printer and click on Troubleshoot

7. The window shown below will open. Let it run, detect the problem and come up with solution.
