1. Log onto any of the exchange services remotely.


2. Enter the required credentials, and Login.


3.  Click on the Start menu then Active Directory Users and Computers



This window opens:


4. Right click on nafood.co.zw, then click on Find



5. Type the name of the user that you need to reset.




6. Right click on the User's name

 

7. Tick in the box and press OK
